Role Overview: As an Industrial Engineer (IE) Data Analytics within the Product and Systems Engineering (PSE) Organization of the Heterogeneously Integrated Group (HIG) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Development Team Leads, cross-functional Planners, and Program Managers to solve complex problems. Your key responsibilities include conducting deep-dive material movement analysis, modeling demand scenarios, and providing data-backed recommendations on optimal Non-Revenue-Generating (NRG) product demand. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our early Engineering Material Supply/Demand strategy and identify opportunities to optimize demand based on yield, cost, and critical milestones.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business or Engineering Data Analytics.Advanced knowledge of Query Languages (QL) and Interactive Data Visualization Tools/Dashboards for large volumes of data.Experience in Database Administration and working knowledge of database schemas, queries, or scripts.Knowledge of Demand Management processes; HBM experience is a plus.Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant Engineering field, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or IE-equivalent degrees).Strong data analytical background, including data query languages and data visualization tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Passion for process optimization, efficiency, and automation.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to daily changes.Understanding of capacity planning and forecasting tools and applications.Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex situations.Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment.Passion for investigating root causes and providing corrective actions for system and quality inefficiencies.Excellent project management and presentation skills.Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.Enthusiasm for collaborating with a variety of cultures and cross-functional teams in a global environment.Availability to attend evening meetings as needed.Daily Expectations:
