Drives the Digital Transformation strategy across PaaS, SaaS and Professional Services to accelerate complex sales opportunities.Developing commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Digital Sales Transformation. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).>10 yrs experience selling med device, software, SaaS into Healthcare IDN's.Desired Characteristics

Established project management skills.Located in Greater Nashville metro marketFor U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $153,600.00-$230,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
