**Summary**
We are seeking a Sr Director, Infrastructure to join our team. This role is responsible for the oversight of enterprise IT infrastructure, including network and directory services. This position involves strategic planning, implementation, and management of technology systems that support the business's operational needs.
This position reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will support our IT Team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
+ Atlanta, GA
+ Dallas, TX
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Work with internal and external business partners and customers to determine infrastructure architecture and strategies for network and directory/identity services across Freeman.
+ Oversee the design, implementation, and management of robust and scalable IT infrastructure on-prem and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP RISE).
+ Manage a team of technical team leads to design solutions involving network and directory services.
+ Define, improve, review, and manage operations processes and metrics.
+ Support the Applications Development staff in providing technology solutions to support business requirements.
+ Oversee the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient allocation of resources. This includes negotiating with vendors and managing contracts.
+ Plan for adequate capacity and performance of the Company's systems and networks and make upgrades as necessary.
+ Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness. This includes staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
+ Implement processes and procedures to ensure changes and problems are managed and the proper control environment exists.
+ Technology management includes Microsoft, Okta, and Cisco.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 15+ years of progressive experience in IT.
+ Must have prior experience in Computer Operations, Network Operations or Technical Support.
+ Must be familiar with a variety of current concepts, practices, and procedures with respect to the operation of information systems and networks.
+ Experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
+ Must be able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
+ Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Must be able to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and make decisions that align with organizational objectives.
+ Prior experience in applications development and/or help desk management a plus.
+ Working knowledge of various network and directory systems preferred.
+ Must have a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
