You will amplify existing and launch new strategic partnerships that accelerate meaningful revenue growth & customer satisfaction for ADP and our preferred carrier and broker partners. It is critical to possess a strong understanding of the Benefits ecosystem and proactively demonstrate and deliver opportunities to enhance ADP’s position as a leading Benefits Technology provider. To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and/or brokers, and/or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and/or Absence Management. Ready to #MakeYourMark? **Apply now!** **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** _Responsibilities_ + Will serve as a member of the Benefits SLT (Senior Leadership Team) + Define and execute upon a winning partnership strategy & value proposition in alignment with the ADP National Account Services business model. + Identify and launch new strategic partnerships designed to add value for clients and drive growth for ADP and our preferred carriers. + Lead the deal lifecycle from beginning to end. Responsibilities include planning, developing pipeline, contacting and interacting with C-level executives inclusive of pitching & selling, negotiating and structuring deal terms and new partnership agreements, drafting contracts, and ensuring successful launch in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. + Manage partnership launch activity, including marketing and communication planning. + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the benefit carrier integration process with a focus on modern API technology and enhanced digital experiences across our platforms. + Work with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure post launch success. + Identify and action upon areas of opportunity to sustain and scale partnership success on a quarterly basis. **Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.** You will be a key representative of the NAS Benefits organization, but it’s not all business; you will make life-long friendships here. **Collaborate Daily.** You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_ + **We support a hybrid flexible work environment; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This role is open to the locations listed within the requisition.** + 12+ years of experience supporting benefits’ initiatives, preferably in a matrixed environment + 7-10+ years of prior work experience in leadership, preferably with a communication, strategy, service, or analysis background. + 3+ years of carrier relations experience partnering strategically with carriers. + Proactive business thinker with experience building strategic relationships. + Track record of delivering business impact through successful execution of signed deals. + Experience leading large, complex, and first-of-their-kind commercial negotiations end to end, from opportunity identification through deal execution in order to build innovative product experiences. + An operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead/influence teams developing and implementing plans to realize the intended benefits of partnerships pursued. + Ability to articulate a potential partner value prop, test it, and inspire executive confidence, partner stakeholder buy-in and sponsorship around the opportunity. + Strong negotiation skills and big, ambitious thinker in regard to how we drive value with our partners. + Expert communicator with C-level stakeholders both externally and internally. + Excellent analytical skills and excellent judgement. + Ability to partner within the NAS (National Accounts Services) Benefits ecosystem to identify, prioritize, and drive enablement of business strategies that will result in growth, increased client retention, improved partnership with product development, decrease in work handoffs, and focus on operational improvement. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to work across organizations with limited supervision. + Good analytical skills and ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace. + Ability to work with different time zones, different cultures and different geographies and with all levels of leadership. **A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.
