Sr Digital Analyst - Implementation

Position Purpose:
This role will function as the Senior Implementation Analyst of Digital Products Analytics, responsible for analyzing our data for insights to develop, launch and drive success for our digital experiences/digital products. The candidate must possess a high level of problem-solving skills and be comfortable to identify trends and patterns in the data using quantitative, qualitative, and data analysis skills.

The individual contributor will be part of a fast-paced team and environment, that is leading the digital transformation for a 100+-year-old brand in the Automotive Retail space. Will possess strong problem-solving skills, with preferable experience in an omnichannel retail environment, working with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

Translate analytics requirements into Solution Design (SDR)

Design and maintain the data layer.

Acta as the bridge between Site Engineers and Analysts on implementation

Debug and resolve any tracking or data issues, coordinating with Site engineers, Adobe, and Analysts, as applicable.

Troubleshooting - Knowledge of debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Debugger, browser developer tools, Charles), Errors in Adobe Analytics variables, JavaScript Errors

Recommend/Implement testing and debugging best practices.

Configure and maintain the tag management solution.

Implement and maintain 3rdparty tags.

Ensure appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on Adobe Analytics implementation experience.

Ability to write custom scripting, JavaScript, jQuery, or other coding languages in web environments and tag management tools to accommodate custom tracking requirements.

Thorough knowledge of Analytics Workspace, reporting, and admin console in Adobe Analytics.

Adobe certification is desired.
