As a Customer Service Credit Services Lead Specialist, your focus is assisting with the oversight of daily department activities. You’llwork to resolve issues and establish positive relationships with customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

Required Qualifications

Experience: Related work: 4 year, Collections, or customer service: 3 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 yearsEducation: High school diploma or GEDTechnical Skills: Knowledge of the ICOMS or CSG billing systemsSkills: Effective written and verbal communication with technical and nontechnical audiencesSchedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables and limited standardization Effective multitasking and decision making in a fast-paced environment Operational knowledge of Sales and Customer Service
