As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for auditing and creating high-quality, engaging content for our products, services and tax help within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.  You'll work closely with a cross functional team to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content that accurately represents our brand voice. Your role will involve researching complex topics, translating technical information into easily understandable language, and optimizing content for our tax clients. You will need to be familiar and comfortable with using GenAI for your work

Day to day you’ll…

Develop comprehensive and user-friendly help guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents for our tax products and services.Operate in AEM daily to create content fragments, apply meta-data and support authors in building assets via online channels, email and offline channels.Implement re-usable components and experience fragments to streamline the authoring process.Serve as liaison between the enterprise and content strategy teams, bringing issues to the forefront and following through on opportunities for improvement.Manage assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager.Ensure that end users enjoy cohesive, logical, and consistent content.Assist in developing and implementing a content strategy that supports our business goals and enhances our online presence.Oversee the full content lifecycle from ideation, planning, and development through web publication, distribution, maintenance, and analysis.Identify and execute ways to use GenAI to streamline and enhance the team’s work.
