Sr Business Analyst - Treasury Operations
Description

The Business Analyst Sr – Treasury Operations leads assigned projects for the Treasury business segment and/or provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing and creating automation across different processesDeveloping specialized ad hoc reportingEnsuring the business is leveraging the fixed income system of record, TPG, to its fullest extentMaintaining existing databases and user-developed toolsTesting and implementing business process and/or system modificationsResearching and addressing issuesActing as a liaison with IT, business partners and third-party vendors/contractors for special projects/initiativesAiding in process flow improvement ideas and implementationAssisting with creation and delivery of user training for new and existing applications, products, and proceduresAdhering to bank policies and proceduresComplying with legal and regulatory requirementsFollowing and/or establishing effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled

 

This is a hybrid role. You must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio.

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of Business Analyst experienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExperience with Microsoft Office Suite

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong understanding of Fixed Income securities (Treasuries, MBS, ABS, Corporate Bonds)Experience with the Federal Reserve Securities custody accountsDetailed knowledge of fixed income accountingExcellent analytical and mathematical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills.Keen attention to detail. Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate.Ability to think strategically.Understanding of Project Management methodologies.Proficient with Fixed Income Accounting applications (TPG, Aladdin)Experience working with BNY-Nexen, Bloomberg, Refinitiv
