Sr Billing & Revenue Operations Analyst
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Billing Operations Analyst who can bring exceptional billing skills to contribute or own a variety of financial accounting duties related to services, hardware and SaaS sales, which are distributed through a variety of sales channels in our global business environment. You will be a critical part of our order-to-cash and month-end close processes. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, and Sales. The ideal candidate has relevant Billing, Customer Service, or Order Entry experience in fast growth high tech companies. The candidate should be an enthusiastic and quick learner who enjoys the startup pace, is willing to roll up their sleeves and work with details to get things done and has the ambition to grow personally and professionally.

What you will do:Process billing runs daily to invoice our Enterprise customers (SaaS, Services, Hardware) via Billing Operations and SuiteBillingUpdate Customer Master data across our various billing and tax enginesPartner with internal stakeholders and manage customer relationships (via SFDC cases) to research and resolve issues concerning outstanding receivables and invoice disputesProcess customer invoices, credit memos and refundsProvide direction on complex invoicing-related issues and be the first point of escalations with the offshore AR team for Enterprise related billing issues or inquiries. Resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and efficient mannerCross trains on all AR functionsParticipate in month-end close activities such as preparing journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and audit related requestsBe a subject matter expert on billing within our ERP infrastructure (NetSuite and Zuora) and serve as liaison between key internal stakeholdersProvide insightful recommendations and potential solutions related to automation of internal processes and communication with other departments.Continue to develop and maintain a documented system of policies, procedures, training guides, and best practices within Accounts ReceivableSet up customer accounts in NetSuite and ensure all information are entered accuratelyAssist customers and Customer Service Reps with questions and resolve invoice issuesProcess and investigate chargebacksSupport audit requestsParticipate in ad hoc or special projects as required.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent7 - 8  years of experience in billing and customer service backgroundPrior experience with NetSuite, Zuora and Salesforce to maximize automation and efficiency a mustAnalytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate level Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups and macros)Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a variety of functions across the organizationExperience with international accounting operations a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,840 to $117,300 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
