Key Responsibilities

As part of the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance (CN&S) organization, you will play a critical role in creating system solutions for the TCAS\n(Traffic Collision Avoidance System) and Transponder Product Team .You will play a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge avionics technologies that will impact the aviation industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on next-generation product development projects, directly contributing to shaping the future of our technological advancements in the Traffic and Surveillance Avionics space.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutionsRequirements Analysis / DecompositionSystems DesignModel-based Development System DesignSystems IntegrationSystems Validation & VerificationCustomer InteractionProject Oversight / CoordinationStay updated with industry trends and advancements in Avionics technologies U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics5+ years of Systems Engineering experienceWE VALUEKnowledge of Avionics products and their development lifecycle.Knowledge of (TCAS) Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems and Transponder systems or other Avionics technologies (i.e. Avionic Communication Radios, Avionics Displays, FMS, Surveillance, Radar, Navigation, GPS, etc)Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audienceExperience with RF products desired.Experience with the FAA certification\nprocess for avionics is of value.Experience in working with aircraft\nmanufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc is of value.Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.Ability to adapt dictated by project changesAdditional InformationJOB ID: req450252Category: EngineeringLocation: 21111 N. 19th Ave (Deer Valley),Phoenix,Arizona,85027,United StatesExemptEngineering (EMEA)
