\nAs a Sr Application/System Sales Engineer (Building Automation & HVAC technologies), you will work with customers, together with our internal teams, including spot, service operations and sales in the ideation of improvements, and then drive to scope, estimate, propose and close modernization and renewal works within our account base.
\n
\nYou will have expert level knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation systems, strong business acumen and great interpersonal skills to help our existing and new customers to upgrade the quality of their buildings / facilities management.

\nThis role will report to the Honeywell BA office in Sudbury, ON.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n\n\tMinimum 10 years of technical experience in HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) systems or technical trade and industry experience.\n\tPost-Secondary education in a technical field\n\t5 years of proven sales performance and ability to establish sales estimates.\n\tAbility to complete extensive travel throughout Northeastern Ontario with overnight stays.\n\tValid Driver’s License.\n\tMicrosoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite experience\n\tImmunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act\n\tMust be able to acquire the required security clearances\n\tAbility to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and diagrams\n\n\nWE VALUE
\n\n\n\tStrong knowledge of the Construction Ecosystem. Includes contractors, consultants and suppliers.\n\tStrong skills with Salesforce.com platform.\n\tOutcome-based selling skills.\n\tDemonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan.\n\tStrong communication skills.\n\tPromote, build and maintain good customer relations\n\tKnowledge of fire alarm system codes, NFPA guidelines, devices used and functions for fire alarms applications\n\tKnowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, digital video and controlling software\n\n\nHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
