Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst
Honeywell announced the spin-off its Advanced Materials business into an independent, U.S. publicly traded company. This role is designed to support the spin activities, as well as ongoing support of the newly established company.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a crucial role in in assisting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring the success of our recruitment processes. You will support our recruitment efforts by working with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies, utilizing talent acquisition tools and systems to track and report on recruitment metrics. You will analyze talent acquisition data to identify trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
You will report directly to Sr. HR Services Manager and work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze talent acquisition data to identify trends and patterns
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience and employer brand efforts
• Manage talent acquisition tools and systems to track and report on recruitment metrics
• Work with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify talent trends and performance-driven intelligence

**In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.**
YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, interpret and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in talent acquisition tools and systems, such as applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Technical skills in data transfer from systems and working with vendors
WE VALUE
• Postgraduate education in HR a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR analytics
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis in the talent acquisition space
• Knowledge of best practices in employer branding and candidate experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Able to work effectively across multiple functions and businesses with diverse needs and requirements
• Excellent organization and execution skills with ability to support several projects simultaneously
