What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality.

Open to B4s, P1s and P2sShould meet IJP Requirements : Not under any prescriptive period, No DAs, No NTEs; minimum 1 year tenure in current role; last performance rating of Meets/ Achieved/ 3.0Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

External

2-4 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
