About the role

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will be an integral member of Reworld, supporting the organization’s organic and inorganic strategic growth initiatives. The Senior Analyst role will involve deal / financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze new business opportunities, outlining analytical plans, metrics, key performance indicators and riskAnalyze market trends, the competitive landscape, internal capacity and competency to determine viability and strategic fit of potential acquisitions and greenfield opportunitiesSupport management on priority growth initiatives to develop evaluation frameworks, synthesize stakeholder perspectives and building business casesDevelop structured execution strategies and high level execution plansCreate and deliver presentations to executive management on strategy and major initiativesBuild partnerships with business unit and regional representatives to understand business and M&A strategies and analyze, assess and present conclusions as to the strategic fit of inorganic opportunitiesSupport post-merger integration activities to ensure seamless integration of acquired entitiesAnalyze greenfield development progress, including project costs and financial tracking and reporting

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred,  MBA is a plus3-5 years' business experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity or corporate financeProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; demonstrated ability to conduct financial analysis and solve complex problemsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to drive results and build relationships across the organizationExperience with M&A execution & integration a plus
