What You Will Do:
Monitoring and verifying compliance with environmental conditions of regulatory approvals and applicable environmental regulations/guidelines.
Management system documents and records management.
Assurance activities related to the Environment Protection Program and associated management action plans.
Hazard identification, inventory and risk management.
Environment training program, competency management and mapping of environment controls.
Collection and reporting of environment information to Business Units and Leadership.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
6 yrs industry experience with practical experience in Environment activities such as: Management Systems, Field Environment Activities, Operations or Construction of a Pipeline System, Assurance Activities and Permitting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective interpersonal skills that include the ability to communicate to a wide variety of people, including employees, all levels of management, regulatory agencies, and the public.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with regular travel 15%.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
