Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

About the Role:  The Senior Administrative Assistant will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace while providing administrative support to senior leaders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, dynamic environment, enjoys organizing and problem-solving, and takes pride in creating an efficient and engaging office settings. From managing office logistics to coordinating team events and handling expense reports, you’ll play a key role in creating a productive and engaging workplace.

What You’ll Do: 

Manage office operations, ensuring a well-organized and fully stocked workspace. Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility needs to maintain a productive environment. Handle expense reports for senior leaders and process invoices as needed. Organize team-building activities, office events, and celebrations to support a positive culture. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics for internal teams. Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and administrative tasks. Support internal communications and ensure smooth information flow across teams. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance office efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in office administration or a related field. Proven experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools. A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with a passion for creating an efficient and engaging workplace.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure. Highly adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
