Senior Accountant - Permanent - Camden, NJ

Proclinical is seeking an experienced Accountant for a Senior role to join a dedicated team.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will focus on various financial tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.Proficiency in Excel.Detail-oriented, efficient, organized and deadline-focused.Experience with payroll and invoicing is beneficial.

The Senior Accountant's responsibilities will be:

Process payroll within ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees, while adhering to relevant tax and labor laws.Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Invoice customers and follow up on outstanding payments.Complete timely and accurate reconciliations of balance sheets accounts and related schedules.Review expense reimbursements for accuracy and compliance with reimbursement policy.Assist with Fixed Asset maintenance and reconciliation.Prepare journal entries as needed.Cross-train and share efficiencies across the accounting team.Provide ad-hoc financial data as needed to support audits and other requests.

Compensation:

$80,000 annually
