Definition:

The Account Manager wins, maintains,\nand expands relationships with assigned Indirect channel partners. Assigned to\nchannel partners based on geography, vertical, or market. The Account Manager is\nresponsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment\nobjectives. The Account Manager represents the entire range of Honeywell\nProductivity Products (Mobility HHT,\nPrinting, Scanning, Voice, Software, and Services) products and solutions\nto assigned end-users and channels. The Account Manager reports to the Regional\nSales Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

This position\n is responsible for Improving and expanding Honeywell end-user coverage and\n channel base with high focus on DSD, FS, T&L, Warehousing, Industrial\n & Manufacturing sector.Coordinates the involvement of\n company personnel, including all functions and not limited to ISC,\n service, and management resources, to meet performance objectives as well\n as end-user and partners’ expectations.Achieve and exceed the\n Quarterly & Annual sales targets (AOP) for all channels for each Line\n of Business (LOB) through channels. Meets assigned targets for\n profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner\n accounts.Support our existing Channel\n partners and hire new ChannelsAdvertise the full spectrum of Productivity\n Products to channels to create selling opportunities.Preserve the existing business\n within key Channels and generate new business. Create credibility, build\n strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client's trust.Proactively leads a joint\n partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives,\n financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive\n partner relationship.Proactively assesses,\n clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.Sells through partner\n organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources\n & full coordination with Key Account ManagersManages potential channel\n conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent\n communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to\n channel rules of engagement.Leads solution development\n efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the\n involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.Ensures partner compliance with\n partner agreements.Drives adoption of company\n programs among assigned partners.Provide Sales training support\n to channel sales forces when neededJoin and assist channel sales\n force with end user visits to specify and win new businessMonitor competitors’ activities\n in the market by updating local database & maintain a strong MOS with\n Strategic Marketing function.Build a value proposition to\n differentiate Honeywell Productivity Products offer from competitors &\n Understand and analyze PPR market such as main competitors, market trends,\n pricing etc.Ability to assess market\n situation and can identify riskParticipate in local\n exhibitions, promotion campaigns and product training programs for\n potential/existing customersOwn & assure the deployment\n of large account plan in coordination with the local leader.Own Country Marketing\n Development Fund for Channels & suggest Marcom/ Marketing activities\n that will contribute to support the growth within the territory and/or\n region.Proactively involve/lead effort\n in product life cycle including launch of product and promotionReport regularly channeled\n parties’ sales activities & opportunities in SFDC & to\n Management reporting tools.Leverages resources in\n cross-functional organization to address Strategic accounts’ and\n customers’ immediate and strategic requirements including drivers and\n initiativesManages the day-to-day,\n tactical and strategic execution plan & apply solid, clean and highly\n visible SFDC (CRM) Pipeline, and ensures high forecast accuracy.  

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Business / Mechanical/\n Electrical Degree educated, with experience in end-user sales and  Distribution ChannelManagement to ensure\n a profitable collaboration 5 Years AIDC Experience in\n Print, Scan, Mobility and Voice industry with large MNC5 Years customer/channel\n parties facing experience and channel selling to end customers and\n distributors, with Extensive commercial and project experienceAbility to drive POC and ensure\n specifications are locked in through early engagementIntelligent risk taker, Self-Motivated\n and “Go getter” personality; Can work with minimal supervisionAbility to effectively\n negotiate at multiple levels within an organization, both commercial and\n technical.Effective honest communication\n capabilities (good written and verbal skills)Dynamic personality, results\n driven, champion of change, with growth & cross-selling mindset.Must demonstrate high ethical\n and integrity standards as the same will be required in all interactions\n within Honeywell and its partnersExcellent Productivity Products\n technical understandingFully conversant with MS OfficeFully Conversant with Sales\n Force deployment & Monitoring tools- CRM, SalesForce.comDemonstrated Salesman abilities\n with a passion for winningExcellent verbal and written\n communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organizationHigh level of customer\n orientation coupled with a solution-oriented approachGoal-oriented and able to\n deliver on commitments
