Agile environment - 100% scrum. FCRM, Fiserv web application (easy to pick up). Toad Microsoft Office suite. Keeping track of work: Rally (online organization tool). 70% Test, 30% Analyst work Manual testing follows a script, troubleshoot. Opportunity later to learn more on FCRM application (where extension comes into play). Pick up/learn quickly and understand business reason behind actions. Has research capabilities. Not automation testing.
