Responsibilities Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, nitiation & monitoring of corrective actions Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process Supplier audits:  product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site; Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ; Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint (for example block materials management, problem analysis） Responsible for complaint corrective actions of 8D-4~8D-8 Develop sorting WI for CSL & 100% sorting & 3rd Party sorting process Qualifications Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related 5+ years quality experience in automobile industry, supplier quality preferred 5+ years’ experience in Heat treatment, surface treatment field, CQI-9/11/12 audit certification preferred Good knowledge of quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g. IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.) Good problem solving skills Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6δ, etc.) Good communication and coordination skills Strong personality and capable to work under pressure Proficient in English Good PC application skills (MS office) Highest business ethics and conduct
