Review all schedules, equipment, supplies and organize workflow to ensure a quality event to guests on a daily basis. Monitor and control budget (i.e., labor costs, beverage costs, supplies and equipment) and coordinate with event budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while providing quality service to the guest. Implement company programs and resolve daily operational problems through consistent monitoring of operations to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, SOP's and to ensure an optimum level of service, quality and hospitality. Involved in menu development and implementation Assist team leaders in meeting and exceeding SpringHill Suites revenue and Service Goals. Maintaining all food safety and alcohol serving guidelines   Candidates for this position must be willing to work a varied schedule to include: days, nights, weekends and holidays.   Minimum Qualifications:: Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel Minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage experience in a hotel restaurant and lounge environment The physical requirements of this job includes: standing and walking for long periods of time; bending, stooping and reaching overhead; pushing and pulling up to 250lbs and lifting up to 50lbs.  Required Characteristics: Highly developed computer skills.
