THE JOB:

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for ticketing systems, CRM management, and strategic decision-making? Join MGM and work with the Las Vegas Aces as a Ticketing Operations Manager, where you'll play a critical role in optimizing our ticketing and CRM platforms, analyzing key business data, and supporting high-impact marketing and retail initiatives.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Manage and maintain ticketing system configurations, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.

Oversee CRM (KORE) and ticketing databases, developing lead lists and campaign insights.

Analyze data across ticket sales, marketing, partnerships, and fan engagement to drive strategy.

Build dashboards and benchmarks to evaluate historical and projected performance.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve ticketing and operational challenges.

Support corporate sales teams with inventory management, rate cards, and contract elements.

Coordinate ticketing communications between the Las Vegas Aces, ticketing vendors, and executives.

Maintain and update all events within the ticketing system.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

1+ years of relevant experience in sports, data analytics, sales, strategic consulting, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.

Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
