Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Type: 30 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current SLP license in NYS. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills.
