Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ **Responsibilities:** GENERAL PURPOSE: Works as part of an interdisciplinary team and assigned a NYS licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist clinical supervisor who provides guidance to satisfy requirements for both licensure and completion of the ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CFY). **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** + Completes the evaluation/assessment of multiple acquired conditions that impact communication abilities. Designs and implements an appropriate plan of care for treatment and revisions to meet a patient’s individual needs. + Provides rehabilitative services to a wide range of acquired impairments in the areas of communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders. + Prepares clinical reports and departmental paperwork as required.
