Integrate elements of patient/client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions in a manner designed to maximize patient’s functional outcomes. **Responsibilities:** + Formulates comprehensive treatment program by evaluating patients with cognitive linguistic disorders, communication disorders, dysphagia/swallowing disorders and voice/respiratory disorders. + Identify and refer patients for related services (audiology, vocational, medical as appropriate). + Assess patient's rehab needs through the continuum of care and provides appropriate disposition, equipment, education and treatment recommendations. + Completes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, regulatory and facility's compliance standards. + Participates in initiatives that may include brainstorming or other activities to assist in improving quality or care, productivity, policies and standards. **What you will need:** + Graduate of an approved Speech Pathology Therapy program with a Master’s degree + Current NYS Speech Pathologist license and registration + Must have completed Clinical Fellowship year + Certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association **Special Per Diem Rate of $50.00/hr** _Pay Range for Full-Time and Part-Time: $37.60-$47.60_ _Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
