May hold a provisional Speech Language Pathologist license for 1-2 years while undergoing their supervised clinical practicum under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist required. Must possess BLS and Mandatory Reporter of Child and Dependent Adult Abuse certifications or achieve within 6 months of hire.
