Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of PharmacyCurrent unrestricted Pharmacist license in New YorkObtain and maintain other states licenses as requiredCertified Specialty Pharmacist through NASP’s Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board (or must sit for the exam once the minimum specialty hours are satisfied) as requiredExperience Preferred:Preferred: 2-3 Years of practice in a specialty pharmacy setting2-3 Years of experience in a managed care setting3-5 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s
Compensation
$130,000-135,200.00 per year.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
