The IBP, S&OE & Performance Head is accountable to orchestrate the monthly IBP process within the GBU, ensuring End-to-End collaboration across Supply chain, Finance, Commercial, Franchise, & Manufacturing & Supply. He/She also drives GBU impactful contribution to the one Sanofi IBP through the preparation of the one Integrated Reconciliation, Executive Business Review and ad-hoc support to one Global supply Review to fulfill the business strategy and the patient needs. He/She is accountable for deploying and leading S&OE processes (0 - 3 months) to ensure collaboration, discipline, and repeatability, thereby driving short-term integrated decision-making within the organization. He/She is accountable for the S&OE process, GBU SC Inventory & Performance trajectory.

Main Responsibilities:

Accountable to orchestrate a robust IBP process partnering with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, M&S, Supply Chain) to deliver profitability and cash targets.

Deploys and leads IBP process that ensures collaboration, discipline and repeatability and drives integrated decision-making

Prepares and leads Integrated Reconciliation & Management Business Review with a mid & long-term vision to ensure alignment between business goals and supply chain sufficiency ​

Sets up and maintains strong partnership with Finance to ensure full Finance integration in the IBP loop materialized by a strong Integrated Reconciliation meeting.

Provides feedback from each monthly loop throughout the IBP pyramid.

Accountable to drive GBU impactful contribution to one Sanofi IBP process

Identifies and recommends GBU topics to be escalated to one Global Supply Review, one Integrated Reconciliation, one Executive Business Review)

Prepares meeting contents to ensure effective decision making

Prepares GBU stakeholders for the meetings (GBU M&S Head, GBU Finance Head, GBU Head)

Sponsors the IBP continuous improvement in collaboration with COE Planning & other GBUs

Drives organizational adoption and acceptance of the IBP process by influencing and engaging with the relevant stakeholders.

Lifts the Supply Chain maturity and capability of the GBU to top quartile by professionalizing the data, processes, and people capability

Leads GBU-specific strategic initiatives and projects to improve IBP process (ie SMART SC)

Accountable for deploying and leading S&OE processes (0 - 3 months)

Provide support to the S&OE Lead to address escalation process within & cross GBUs

Ensure process is in place to drive IBP-S&OE synchronization

Accountable for GBU SC Inventory & Performance trajectory

Set the inventory & performance culture and mindset within the GBU

Anchor Inventory & performance monitoring within the IBP loop

Accountable for setting the roadmap to deliver inventory & performance Strat plan targets

Partner with Finance to ensure integrated management of inventory ambition

Be the liaison to GSC risk management function for the GBU supply chain

Accountable to orchestrate the Strategic Planning process & associated submissions for GBU supply chain (primary point of contact for the annual SP process for GBU SC)

Build/maintain a first in class team by leveraging people competencies, reinforcing capabilities, and developing people.

Identifies the required resources and expertise, implements the appropriate team/departmental structures, and establishes the required processes and communications, to enable department(s) to effectively deliver on all commitments, while building a culture of Safety and Quality and continuous improvement

Travel up to 20%

About You

Skills/Expertise/Experience:

Solid knowledge of IBP process 

Advanced knowledge of Demand Forecast and Supply Management

Experience of managing Financials and budgeting

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain

Strong communication and influencing skills, including stakeholder management with senior leadership

Able to easily cooperate transversally and to connect teams

Strategic thinking and ability to capture the whole picture

Rigor in execution and strong reliability

Ability to reach consensus

Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency

Open minded and active listening

Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment.

Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing people

Fluent in English
