As Engineering Lead you will work closely with the Sites, Regional Engineering Execution Leaders and Global Appetizers Engineering teams to lead the implementation and ensure the application of initiatives with best practices.

:

You will evaluate existing Specialties & Appetizer systems and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. You have a strong technical expertise in the design, operation, and maintenance of Food Process systems, including knowledge of relevant engineering principles, codes, and standards. You are familiar with Start-up Management principles and practices, including experience with Line ramp-up.

You will lead the Engineering transformation for Specialties and Appetizers in Continental Europe.You will work in a dynamic and collaborative international environment.
