**Overview** **CHI Health at Home- Home Infusion/ Omaha** **provides home infusion therapy services to help patients safely transition care to their home, alleviating long and unnecessary stays in the hospital. Through our experienced and professional pharmacy team at AmeriMed we provide total care for our patients. Working directly with physicians, we are able to manage a variety of diseases and conditions in a homecare setting. Our goal is to help each patient be an active participant in their care. Through education and partnership with each patient and their caregivers, we teach our patients how to effectively manage their therapy and provide ongoing oversight, coordination and support throughout their therapy** **Responsibilities** **CHI Health at Home- Home Infusion/ Omaha Now Hiring Full time Speciality Client Relations Executive to support Omaha and surrounding areas!** **Offering Compettive Wages, Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and Comprehensive Employee Benefit package** The Specialty Client Relations Executive (SCRE) is a strategic business development professional who partners with the Director, Business Development; Regional Vice President, Market Development; Vice President, Sales; and Branch Director of Operations to achieve organizational revenue, patient experience, and profitability goals. This field-based role requires building and maintaining strong referral relationships, consistently exceeding volume expectations for admissions, and growing market share to support the branch's business plan. + Acting as the customer's voice, the SCRE provides essential feedback for strategic decision-making. + Monthly performance will be measured against admissions, revenue, and gross profit targets set by the supervisor based on the branch's monthly budget, with meeting or exceeding these targets being required. + Identifies and qualifies healthcare relationships within the regional territory, focusing on neurologists, immunologists, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare providers and hospital systems. + Maintaining current knowledge of medical advancements is essential, requiring a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning. + Provides educational outreach to key prescribers, detailing the clinical services offered by the pharmacy and clearly articulating the organization's competitive differentiation within the market. + Collaborates with pharmaceutical manufacturers, engaging in discussions and negotiations to secure the pharmacy's inclusion in relevant narrow networks. + Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and industry symposia to expand professional knowledge and network with colleagues and industry leaders. + Closely collaborates with the EVPA team to review and submit accurate demographic, payer, and clinical information for each patient, ensuring a high probability of payment from the payer source. + Contributes valuable sales updates to daily patient care conferences (in-person or virtual), ensuring alignment and informed decision-making. + Manages client issues and conflicts, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. + Creates and manages a yearly business plan for the region, including detailed strategies, tactics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to surpass established budgets and goals. + Leverages accurate RSL data to strategically manage relationships with key referral sources, fostering strong ties and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. + Assists with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires, while also contributing to employee retention initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. + Provides support for community education programs, contributing to the dissemination of information regarding the organization's services and benefits. + After a patient is referred to CommonSpirit Health at Home, Home Health and Hospice SCREs partner with facility discharge coordinators to facilitate a smooth transition to home care. + All other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor’s degree, or comparable business experience required + Minimum of three years of related sales experience, preferably in a role selling specialty/chronic therapies. Minimum of three years of related sales experience in a healthcare/medical field or patient transportation. + Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). + Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and territory management systems. + Excellent time management, organizational, administrative, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and interdependently, interact with all levels of staff and management, set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively, and use good judgment. + Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse customers and staff. Must be highly articulate and capable of communicating effectively with groups and individuals verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management using superior interpersonal and influencing skills.
