•\tStrong background in Talent Acquisition in managing Analytics and Strategy consulting hiring preferably from Fintech company
•\tStrong people management skills, should have worked in sourcing model
•\tAbility to work as an individual contributor with the help of sourcing and interview coordinating team
•\tExtensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc
•\tExperience managing high volume recruiting processes
