Key Responsibilities:
Analyze contracts and identify Quality, Risk, and Compliance (QRC) deliverables Conduct gap analyses of account processes in alignment with the Global Quality Implementation Plan Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve non-compliance issues Improve processes and procedures to enhance account performance Create and maintain reporting dashboards for account status and performance metrics Support training initiatives and communication efforts within the Quality & Compliance function Contribute to the Global Community of Practice by maintaining participant lists, creating communications, and collating best practices Assist with the Responsible Business Alliance framework submission for APAC accounts Develop lessons learned communications using creative methods (e.g., caricature-based) Support quality-related events and learning series Interact with site teams and cross-functional SMEs to discuss audit findings and implement improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
Postgraduate degree in a relevant field3-5 years of experience in Quality & Compliance or IFM Operations with a focus on quality managementStrong understanding of quality management systems and compliance frameworksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindsetOutstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in creating and delivering reports and presentationsProficiency in data analysis and visualization toolsKey Competencies:
