Job Description:
The RC-135 (Greenville) divison is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance Analyst for their Group B Business Area. Group B is seeking a Specialist with a proven ability to drive process improvements, establish clear financial cadence, lead a team, and create strong partnerships with program managers and key functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Essential Functions:
+ Ability to improve processes
+ Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
+ Cross functional collaboration
+ Accurately forecast project Cost of Sales – Revenue – Operating Income - Cash
+ Drive internal and external reporting efforts
+ Deliver actionable analysis to management
+ Drive working capital metrics throughout the organization
+ Maintain high attention to detail
+ Creative problem solving
+ Mentor early in career finance staff
+ Business partner to program management
+ Take ownership for financial controls and gaining exposure to all aspects of the organization to understand the mission and how to best add value to the team.
+ Ability to concisely communicate complex scenarios to an often-unfamiliar audience is a key attribute.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
+ 1-3 years in Aerospace and Defense industry or previous Program Controls experience.
+ 1+ years of prior expertise using program finance tools such as: SAP/Excel/Hyperion
Preferred Skills (beyond required):
+ Demonstrated ability to partner with PMs and functional leaders.
+ 1+ years of experience with Earned Value
+ 1+ years of Deltek Cobra program finance experience
+ Experience being a change agent.
