In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessment materials. Compile, arrange, and update training materials and training curriculum. Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts and instructors to create the best coursework possible. Correct and update e-learning module issues/problems encountered by users and escalate to developers when necessary. Participate in developing storyboards and scripts and suggest overall concepts to collaborators. Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.).

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent. 1 year of related experience in training administration, curriculum development, learning management system, business reporting, customer service, or marketing. Basic knowledge of e-learning content development and learning management systems Basic Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
