Nature & Purpose of Position Performs specialist duties or services for the Athletics Department. Primary Responsibilities Provides academic services and monitors academic progress as it pertains to the University and NCAA rules while promoting a positive atmosphere for student-athletes. Assists student-athletes in navigating their transition to college experience as well as support the exploration of various educational pursuits. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other Specifications Maintains contacts with personnel. Requires a general knowledge of standard office functions. Requires good knowledge of procedures and practices. Must be able to use standard office software. Must be able to apply policies and procedures and solve routine problems of a repetitive nature.
