**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
As part of the EMEA Marketing team, the Integrated Media team is a group of strategic marketers driving impactful campaigns through innovation and media expertise. We bridge the gap between creative storytelling and paid media, ensuring Nike campaigns reach consumers in the most innovative and effective ways, driving both Brand and Business.
Reporting to the Integrated Media Director for Women’s & Kids, you’ll collaborate with internal Marketing teams (Brand Management, Digital, Creative, Comms, Stores) across EMEA, as well as teams across Global and Key Cities. In addition, you will work with external partners (Media Agencies, Media Platforms, Creative Partners, and Technology vendors) to strategise and activate plans.
Together, we drive clear communication, define roles, ensure accountability, and deliver exceptional campaign results.

Key Qualifications:
+ Marketing experience in relevant Brands and/or Agencies. Deep Paid Media experience preferred.
+ Proven track record in planning full-funnel paid media campaigns and managing media/creative production agencies.
+ Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong collaborator and great flexibility to support the team on different activations.
+ Skilled at translating strategic priorities into tactical actionable plans and adjusting communication for various audiences.
+ Deep understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends.
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
As the Integrated Media Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Integrated Media Leads and Director on shaping Nike’s paid media strategy to align with brand and business objectives, driving awareness and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support Integrated Media Leads on planning, executing, and reporting of seasonal paid media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
+ Build strong relationships with the EMEA Women’s Marketing team, EMEA Kids Marketing Team, City teams and Global Integrated Media team to align tactical media executions.
+ Stay current on media trends through industry events and partner meetings and share findings internally to fuel inspiration.
+ Foster collaboration by actively engaging in regular workshops and syncs across cross-functional teams.
+ Embed inclusivity in every project by incorporating diverse perspectives in creative and media activations.
