Your Role:

As Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant, you perform advanced processing for receivables transactions mainly cash application in the respective ERP system and banking systems, maintain customer master data, conduct credit checks, establish, and manage credit limits and report on deviations from credit standards while adhering to procedures and policies. Moreover, you handle complex requests, inquiries and issues related to accounts receivable and credit management activities, including follow up and resolution of such incidents. In addition, as Accounts Receivable Accountant, you leverage your expertise to constantly seek out better ways of performing processes, to contribute to process excellence initiatives and to mentor more Accounts Receivable team members.

Customer Master data

Support registration new customers and maintain existing customer master in ERP system

Credit management and review

Customer credit analysis and control

Account Receivable

Cash Application in ERP system , prevent to unapplied cash collection thru communication with commercial to obtain more information. To support our business would have less likely to dispute with customer and company’s financial statement would be more accurate.Generating aging report to support and maintain company account receivable.   

Bank Reconciliation

Month end closing reportWeekly update of bank statement to check bank transaction for all stream user.

 

Who You Are:

Initial work experience in accounting/finance with direct related experience with full-cycle AR or accounting knowledge required.Experience in cash applications, credit management, Bank Reconciliations and AR reportingExperience with SAP or other ERP system preferred.Fluent English language skills preferred.
