In this role you will be responsible for:
develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of membership clients from European marketsaddressing membership client's queries re. Mercer products/methodology and acting as first point of contactproviding support in terms of basic data analysis/interpretation to clientsdelivering custom trainings, onboardings and Mercer tools demo to clientscoordinating client's participation in Mercer remuneration surveys, ensuring their timely and quality data submissionassisting consultants with sales activities (e.g. presentations, product information) and other ad hoc market requests
We would like you to have:
1-3 years of experience in the areas of customer servicefluent English is a mustProficiency in MS ExcelVery strong organizational and project coordination skills
