Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans for applications.Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities.Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.Automate test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability.Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a testing perspective.

Mandatory Skills

Minimum 5 - 8 years of proven experience in testing and QA methodologiesFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Hands on experience TOSCA or any Test Automation toolExperience in Regression testing or performance testing.Knowledge of Bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience in insurance, finance and/or banking applications is preferred.
