Specialist Business Developer
What's the role?

Due to growth in our E&I (Energy & Industry) division we are looking for a Business Developer to support an array of customers in the Energy sector. Covering customers around London.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to develop our Energy & Industry Accounts and be accountable for specification and sales development. 
The role involves examining economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances. You will be responsible for developing senior relationship contacts within the customer’s organization to drive the execution of the account’s strategy.

What you need is:

Customer facing Business Development Experience. Strong commercial experience Construction industry/ technical sales experience desirable Solution-oriented approach – you have the ability to uncover customers’ pain points and needs in order to provide our best-suited solutions You share our values – commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity Resilience and adaptability – you will be comfortable to meet all levels of customer from a site operator to managing director Drive – a motivated approach to achieving success and overcoming challenges Curiosity – you have a passion to learn, develop and grow Organizational skills – you are excellent at managing your time and priorities, and can easily work autonomously A full, clean, manual UK driving license to visit our customers on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
