Job Responsibility;
Responsible for checking documents for payments, cheque preparation and support payment and collection function.
Payment
Prepare insurance payment file both cheque & DCA send to bank Prepare general payment file from SAP send to bank Prepare cheque return from bank Upload result of payment file in OPUS & CIA Record cheque clearing date in CIA. Prepare cheque paid to Revenue Department /Telephone billing etc. Prepare follow up outstanding cheque letter send to customer Prepare cheque send to Branch. Confirm bank account in OPUS Prepare payment advice Report Prepare outstanding cheque.Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Experience in accounting from insurance more than 1 years Good command in English-
