Answer calls and respond to emails Provide customers with product and service information Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products Update existing customer information Process of claim services Route calls to appropriate team Follow up customer calls untill completion and the members are always informed of the progress.
Must Have
Bachelor degree or higher level in related fields Preferably 2-3 years experiences in service industry. Good communication and telephone skills (listening, comprehension, explaining) Good written and verbal skills in both Thai and English. Able to work under pressure.Allianz Ayudhya
