Key Responsibilities:

The Specialist - Learning role will provide daily project support and coordination to the Learning Strategy team under Global Learning. Responsible for managing administrative tasks in addition to collaborating on special projects. This role is a great fit for those with strong organization skills, pay attention to the detail, possess the ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide thoughtful solutions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can work both collaboratively and independently.

Assists with the deployment of training programs for United employeesDrafts communications and communication plans for programs and key initiativesAssists with the analysis of program effectiveness, surveys, and ROIManages sessions, registrations, and attendance in TakeOff (Cornerstone), our Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinates logistics for program participants and external consultants/faculty Provides administrative support including ordering supplies, managing invoices, data management, and organizing and maintaining filesCoordinates the execution of meetings and events, i.e., preparing meeting materials, ordering group lunches, confirming attendees, coordinating virtual meetingsAssists with ad hoc projects as needed
