Qualification:
- Post graduate / MBA from premier institute
Experience:
- 0 – 3 years / 3 years+ / 5 years+ for Consultant / Senior consultant / SM/Manager levels 7+ respectively
- Prior experience in management consulting for financial services sector shall be preferred

● Effective in understanding business needs and translating the information into business and technical requirements.
● Problem solving and analytical skill.
● Structured thinking and reasoning ability
● Comfortable working with complex and ambiguous business requirements and translating them into the design of solutions.
● Take ownership of workstreams / engagements and persist to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
● Knowledge/ Awareness about financial services sector
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-up opportunities with the same clients.
● Support / Lead business development, research, team building and internal firm initiatives.

This role will require travel to customer locations.
