We are currently recruiting for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition for our trusted client to be based out of Dubai.

Responsibility-

Collect data from the business units about manpower needs and conduct analysis to assist in manpower planning. Establishing a connections/database for Emiratization proficient in various expertise areas such as IT, legal, audit and Strategy. Use the most appropriate sources to obtain the right profiles for the vacancies identified for different departments. Administer the process of screening, interviewing, and selecting the right fit resumes and recommend the selection bases on assessments/psychometric. Candidate experience (positive experience for all candidate through the recruitment process). Run the end-to-end on boarding process and ensure compliance with the processes and requirements for the selected candidates. Administer the orientation programs for the new hires in coordination with the TED section to ensure effective on-boarding. Support the development and implementation of the nationalization strategy within company. Support the line manager in preparing and monitoring the Nationalization plans and KPIs in the company.

Skills

At least 5 years of experience in similar role. Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
