As the premier provider of Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission solutions for the United States Space Force, L3Harris is looking for a candidate to develop and maintain space Command and Control (C2) systems. L3Harris is seeking professionals to work in a dynamic environment to solve challenging technical problems. Individuals will perform C2 system software development, design, implementation, test, and configuration management. The ideal candidate should have experience with the full software development lifecycle. This position is onsite located in Colorado Springs, CO and requires a Secret Security Clearance.
Essential Functions:
Working under general supervision, provide solutions with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management.Design, develop, and test software applications for large-scale operational systems.May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.May manage projects with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.Recommends enhancements to systems and processes.Communicates with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.Work consists of making moderate enhancements or improvements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.Up to 10% travel may be required, including international travel.Qualifications:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $83,000 - $154,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
