Title:
Specialist, Scheduling/Planning• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using software tools like
Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of project scope, resources, and timelines to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare detailed project progress reports, variance analyses, and forecasting reports to inform stakeholders of project status, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
• Preparing daily / weekly / monthly schedule updates.
• Support Change Management to identify schedule impact of the changes.
• Preparation recovery schedules
• Preparation of delay analysis reports.
Desired background:
• Degree in Process/Structural/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferably.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the same role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Contractor side experience is preferable.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
• Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
