This role will partner with key Distributor Leaders, the Sales Management Team, Regional Team, and cross-functional departments in order to improve Herbalife Nutrition’s business growth through events. This role will include approximately 40% travel domestically, and internationally as needed. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: • Develop and plan the corporate quarterly Leadership Development Events with our Distributor leadership. o Design and plan sales events, including conceptualization, theme development and programming to ensure alignment with Herbalife’s marketing and sales objectives o Brainstorm with the key leadership, in each region, and implement event agenda ideas to support the regions sales growth o Audit key presentations that are developed by Distributors, negotiate with our legal team to achieve an ethical and impactful presentation, prior to a final legal counsel submission and approval o Pre-plan the logistics of the event with the Distributor leadership and the events team o Lead and execute the event onsite for events that range from 300 - 2,500 in attendance • Work backstage at North America corporate events: o Future President’s Team Retreat, Extravaganza’s, and Kick Off’s, as well as additional events that could be added throughout the year. • Train and coach our event Speakers regarding corporate rules, advisories, promotions, and qualifications to support their training content while on stage and also provide feedback after they deliver their presentations or host calls. • Responsible for event speakers - arrange travel, lodging, transportation, and special accommodations. • Responsible for event speaker presentations by submitting them to our legal counsel and negotiating legal comments for the speakers to use at corporate events. Translate presentations as needed. • Develop agendas to host event promotional calls with key Distributors. • Manage the Success Training Seminar (STS): o Promote and advertise the events o Communicate essential information to Distributor leads that impacts the field o Track event applications o Host monthly calls o Responsible for an STS region and support the region’s growth o STS P&E product processing with our distribution centers o Travel to STS cities to meet with the local leadership and regional team to strategize on how to support their event growth in order to help sustain and grow their business • Responsible for various general administrative duties and projects • Meeting planned event sales goals: o Collaborate with our analytics/promotions team to request metrics reports for each region o Create pre-and post-event excel tracking event reports • Perform additional duties as assigned. Internally, we foster a friendly, energetic and respectful environment in which we value teamwork, open communication and collaboration. **Qualifications** SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: • 5 years working in a Sales, Marketing, Event Planning, or related field role • 3 years of expertise in customer service • Bilingual – fluent in Spanish with proficient speaking and writing skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva) • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and growing environment and quickly tackle dynamic challenges • Ability to work independently • Strong customer orientation—ability to problem solve and gain trust across multiple functions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, management, cross functional departments and Distributors of all levels via several different communication channels • Excellent judgment and independent decision making with the ability to adjust quickly while working in a fast-paced environment at events • Expert interpersonal skills - able to motivate and manage different personalities • Creative thinking, highly organized, and good public speaking skills • Excellent leadership skills EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience. \#LI-NP1 At Herbalife, we value doing what’s right.
