Onboarding “Specialist” will provide support to new client onboarding efforts to successfully transition clients to Inmar Solutions - FinTech. In this role you will be expected to complete accurate data entry activities needed to transition new accounts into Inmar and assist with other team duties as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, solid verbal and written skills as well as efficient time management. You will be expected to multi-task across multiple onboarding efforts, meet deadlines and effectively communicate to all involved parties as needed during the course of each client transition. Client feedback captured with each onboarding experience will be a key factor contributing to the success of the associate in this position.
Primary Accountabilities:
Operational (75%)
Accurate and timely set up of various onboarding data sets into the Inmar systems to support new client processing.
Enter Offer History when data files not applicable
Initiate communication with the onboarding team regarding database issues/exceptions and assist in research and resolution
Manage/Grant system accesses to new client contacts
Update Salesforce with new client information gained from onboarding process
Maintain onboarding team documentation such as a lessons learned document
Support training and continuous improvement team member’s documentation and communication
Technical (25%)
Work with IT on onboarding database issues and file/processing issues
Collaborate with team members and IT when testing new onboarding or new client enhancements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
2-5 years experience in computer-related work, data entry and customer service, preferably in CPG or Retail environment and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
Proficient with Google Suite
Proficient with Microsoft Office
