We love to innovate, embrace big challenges, and live for the newest technology **Summary** The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of pricing and offer strategies, aimed at improving loyalty and retention for Bell & Virgin Plus mobility customers. We are currently looking for a candidate who brings innovative thinking, strong analytics, exceptional communication skills, sound market knowledge, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to sudden changes. You will come to the team and have proven yourself as a leader in these areas, looking to further build your skill set as you continue to stretch your abilities and expand your expertise. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to have an in-depth understanding of market/competition and maintain awareness of offers + Leverage analytics to identify problem areas, and opportunities to develop strategy for retention, upsell, upgrade, and migration programs + Create base pricing strategies to meet subscriber, revenue, and profitability targets by analyzing customer-based data, demand trends, and industry dynamics + Own our rate plan revenue and upgrade goals and drive growth by thinking of new ideas and approaches on how to push the portfolio forward and achieve better results + Support pricing proposals with robust business cases + Create presentations with strong storytelling and clear delivery with audiences ranging from senior to leadership to peers + Seek alignment on recommended strategy with key stakeholders (Executives, Loyalty & Retention, Care, etc.) + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measures and tools are established & implemented for operational success + Leads analysis to assess program effectiveness and suggest opportunities for program improvements + Present weekly results/insights to the leadership team **Critical Qualifications** + Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data and generate insight and action + Experience working with data analytics software like SAS, Microstrategy + MS Office Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint + Highly organized, strong time management skills and detail-oriented + People Management – able to lead organization through pricing changes + Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to get things done through influence + Results-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to think outside the box + Most Importantly – has a ‘Passion for Pricing’ **Preferred Qualifications** + University degree is required + 2-4 years experience in a Marketing or Revenue management role.
